My Dear Customer,

I write this letter with both a heavy heart and hope for the future. Health issues over the last year have made it impossible for me to continue working, so I find myself unexpectedly retiring. Although I will miss working with you, I have found a solution that I hope will give you great support.

After interviewing several agents, I have transferred my business to Affordable Medicare Solutions, managed by Keith Nabb. He and his team of agents have the same philosophy and approach to insurance that I do. Like me, they focus on education and service. I feel confident that they will listen to your needs, match you with only what you require, and provide excellent ongoing care for all your health insurance needs.

Keith and his agency will be reaching out to you soon—I encourage you to contact them to introduce yourself and get more information. They work with all the carriers that I did, and they are ready to answer your questions and make sure that you have the best health coverage for your individual situation. Unlike the agents who stepped in to help during my recovery, Keith and Affordable Medicare Solutions are now your OFFICIAL agent of record, so they DO have my files, including access to your policy information. I look forward to working with them myself, since they’ll be my insurance agents now, too.

Most importantly, I wish you the very best in health, wealth, and life. It has been my privilege and honor to be your agent. I hope that Maximillian and I will continue to see you at events in and around Asheville.

Wishing you the best,

Dear Client,

Affordable Medicare Solutions has acquired the Medicare and Health Insurance portion of Executive Sage Insurance Solutions from Elizabeth Yaruss.  This acquisition is effective today.

Elizabeth Yaruss and I have shared the same field marking organization (FMO) for over 15 years, and I consider her a remarkable and altruistic agent.  She is ethical, honest and puts the service of her clients foremost.

It is an extraordinarily sad day for Elizabeth to part with her agency.  We have promised Elizabeth that we will take care of her clients with the same resolve and diligence that we have shown our clients over the past 20 years.

Our agency is devoted to Health Insurance and also Medicare Planning.  Medicare went through it’s first reform in 2004.  Now Health Insurance is being massively reformed through the Affordable Care Act and all of its gyrations.

We have a staff of 10 highly trained individuals with over 90 years of experience combined in these areas.  Your service needs, your policy planning needs and your referrals to friends and family will all be handled professionally and to the highest standards.  Our agency is very efficient and uses the latest technologies.  We will communicate with you in various methods – phone, email, snail mail, texting, social media & websites.  Please give us feedback on your preferences.  Please ‘like’ us on Facebook and ‘review’ us on Google.

We also offer remote education with flyers and resources on our website and a collection of videos on our YouTube channel. Skilled speakers have and will continue to host webinars year round to teach you about Health and Medicare Reform and how to take full advantage of the new subsidy systems and programs.  Nothing to sell, only education to give.

We will email you to remind you to do your review in the Fall of 2023.

If you have any questions please call us any time, 770-945-5261!

Regards,

Keith Nabb
